about
This is an in-between-records single, recorded at Pogo Studio in Champaign, IL during the PUSH/PULL sessions in October 2012. Produced and co-written by Beau Sorenson, "The Great Communicator" is the link in the chain from the Elsinore who made PUSH/PULL and the collaborative concoction the band has now become as they've spent the last year and a half demo-ing, deconstructing, architecting, and solidifying the "new" sound.
You went outside on a Saturday night
when I said you shouldn't
All of the things that I said to you
and you didn't listen...oh.
Caught in a spin, you walked back in
You'd forgotten something
Your fingers were cold, yeah your tips they were frozen
in the winter glisten
You didn't know what to say, so you left
without saying anything
Pulling the door you left me once again
Slow down
You're moving much too fast
And, do you think this whole thing is possible...
'cause I don't know?
And, do you think this whole thing will get better...
oh, better?
